eMODAT - Mobile Forms - a flexible and easy-to-use Web-based forms solution for the provision of forms and data collection on the mobile phone - anywhere in the world.
eMODAT adapts to a wide range of individual needs and requirements concerning the creation of mobile forms and of course it has been designed to run on Android. Forms and question sets can be created via the PC browser and then sent to the Android devices. Thanks to an automatic remote synchronisation process, the mobile forms on the smartphones, laptops, PCs and tablets are always up to date. On top of that, eMODAT offers its users direct integration of the mobile forms into any database – be it Oracle, MS SQL or SAP.
This application allows users to access the demo forms stored on eMODAT Mobile Forms server. If you do not have access to eMODAT server, please contact our support for details.
Change at the settings menu the server URL, username and password to connect to your eMODAT server.
